Thank You Lord Jesus for yet another beautiful day here in southwest Florida. It is getting warm down here again and I’m loving every moment of it. It certainly doesn’t hurt to be able to have cold ac providing the relief when needed. Thank You Lord for taking me on this journey, where I get the opportunity to reflect on the amazing work You are doing in and around my life. While this blog is not grammatically correct 100% of the time, I do know that and I may go back through and edit from time to time, I’m learning that this is more of a journal. While it is a public journal, that anyone can read if they so choose, it is a journal where I get to share with myself the amazing things that God is doing so that I can remember them and reflect on these times. I need to remember when God is revealing His work to me and look back if/when there are periods of drought. God has been showing me that even when I didn’t necessarily believe like I do now, He was still there, working. While it’s amazing to see what He is showing me, I need to remember that “blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” -John 20:29. I thank You Lord that You have made us in Your image and that we can hunger and thirst after You Lord. You’ve given us the ultimate example in Jesus Christ and we can check our progress based on Jesus’ life and His teachings. Number 1 is to Love God and number 2 is to love your neighbor as yourself. I do believe if we all followed those 2 commandments the world as we know it would cease to exist and we would bring Heaven to earth by destroying the kingdom of satan with the greatest educator. For me, it has been some book knowledge but mostly on-the-job training. I believe that is when we truly grow, when we start to trust the voice that is providing life and providing it more abundantly. I hope you, the reader of this blog will make the decision to surrender, maybe a little at 1st but eventually… ALL… I hope that you will love God and then love your neighbor as yourself. You may not love yourself yet, I didn’t. I didn’t know how to love, period. I started with surrender, love God and in that process learned that if God can love me, I can love me too. Once you understand how to love God and know what it means to love yourself like God does, then you can learn to love your neighbor, as yourself. It’s not easy and I’m learning, I’m not perfect and never will be but I am sincerely trying to get better. -A humble warrior in God’s army

Our Father, who art in Heaven. Hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
