I don’t usually do this, so I thought I would make sure it’s obvious as to what I’ve done. Please see below the Lord’s prayer for a link to the video that spoke to my soul.
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for this day. Thank You for all the blessings you continuously pour out on us. Thank You, Jesus! Thank You for this journey. Thank You for all the wild ideas that You give me and lead me to. Please make me aware of Your presence with me as I write today. Help me to think clearly and properly share any message that may help someone that comes across this page at some time in their life. Thank You, Jesus! Praise You, Lord! Bless You, Lord Jesus! All these things I ask in Your mighty, holy, and precious Name. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
This last week I’ve been listening to the Bible and other audios including one that was teaching about using weakness as a spiritual weapon. After listening several times through that particular audio, later that evening I believe I was formally introduced to the Holy Spirit, through a couple of videos that I was led to. I prayed before leaving work and asked, as I often do, to lead me, guide me, and direct me as to what I should listen to on my drive home to bless my commute time as well. I played the first recommended video and as it started to play, I second-guessed myself that it may have been my will to listen to what I wanted to. It seemed like it was an old video and it seemed like it could be boring. I was about to turn it off and search for something else when I heard an inaudible voice that seemed to come from within me say “trust me, just wait.” I decided to stick it out and it was only a couple minutes or less after that, and my eyes and ears were opened in a whole new way as I was being notified of the importance of the Holy Spirit. After pondering, meditating, and praying about my experience, I wrote these words; The Holy Spirit is the key that unlocks the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. Be friendly with the Holy Spirit. Ask Him to show you the truth. Like attracts like, become more like the Lamb of God to attract the Spirit of God in your life and then become sensitive to the way He speaks to you, and hold onto your hat. If you follow Him, He’ll take you on a ride you will not soon forget. I started considering all the rabbit holes I’ve chased down. I started by dipping a toe in here and there and then I started some shallow dives where I could still hop out if it got too crazy. But, I’ll never forget the first time I ran into a new word for me, “cognitive dissonance.” It hurt to realize someone that I considered to be a hero of mine, was not a very good person and participated in an unfathomable lifestyle. I cried when I realized that the evil that is spoken about in the Bible, is still very present in today’s world, but there have been many veils of deceit put in place to keep us thinking we’re living in reality, to keep us from asking questions. There is logical and scientific evidence that can be used to prove that what we see in the physical realm is real and currently no evidence can be shown to the masses that the spiritual realm is real. As I continued my dives, I would dive deeper and several days on end, with whatever time I had, until I would run against another brick wall that hurt and shook up everything I thought was true. I would pause for a day, weeks, or sometimes even months while I would read rather than search to help me process what was being revealed to me. All along the way, varying degrees of the truth would be shown to me all while I’m falling deeper down the rabbit hole, and usually falling fast. When it felt like I would reach what seemed to be the bottom of each and everyone so far, after seeing the same “big” names, that is when I started to realize the other re-occurring theme or pattern. It is all spiritual, I would get up, dust myself off, process what I had learned, and ask, what’s next? I didn’t realize I had a guide at first because that’s the truth that needed to be revealed to me. Anyone that doesn’t want us to believe in God has been programmed by the ministers of this world through the media and our society. I believe this to be true because if anyone believes in God and the supernatural, it seems they would be more likely to find His son, Jesus. They hear about the God of the Old Testament, and of Jesus and the New Covenant, and maybe just a little bit about the Holy Spirit, at least this was my experience. It seems like the Holy Spirit receives honorable mentions along the way, but He is the key to helping us understand God’s word. In Luke 24 we learn that Jesus has the power to keep eyes from recognizing Him and the same power to open eyes so that they do recognize Him, as well as the power to open minds to understand the Scriptures. One of the great mysteries for me is regarding the Trinity, if Jesus is God, God is Jesus and the Holy Spirit is God, and Jesus. Based on the Scriptures, the Holy Spirit was sent here to be our Helper. We’ve been given some clues as to the character of God through something we could comprehend, a human being, here on earth, Jesus. If all of this is true and we all have access to the Holy Spirit, it may be time to ask Him to give us eyes to see, ears to hear, and to open our minds to understand the Scriptures. That is what I am going to continue to do to wage war on the kingdom of satan. You can become the light that shines into the darkness, don’t hide your light, let it shine, for all the world to see. It will look confusing to those that regularly attend the sermons from the ministers of this world. That is good, that is when you will know you are doing exactly what we are supposed to be doing while we’re here, before it became perverted and twisted and full of hate. My hope and prayer for you is that you will find your guide. If you’ve already found yours, then help another find theirs. He will lead, guide, and direct you in all you do if you ask. I believe that. He is the only way we will be able to soak in the truth of the Bible that will allow us to put in the armor of God, from the inside out. The only way we will be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. The devil is too clever for us, he’s been at his craft a lot longer than any of us have. This is why, we need to tap into the mind of Christ through our guide, the Holy Spirit. -A humble warrior in God’s army

Our Father, who art in Heaven. Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil.
