Jesus, I want to thank You for this day. I want to thank You for all the blessings You are continuously pouring out over my life. I thank You for the relationships You are creating in my life. I thank You for everything You are teaching me. I thank You for this time together today. I thank You for this media source where I can share my thoughts and I thank You for whomever You choose to lead here, and I ask that You bless anyone who reads these words beyond what they currently believe is possible in their life. You are the God who does what is seemingly impossible. You make ways where there appears to be no way. Jesus, I thank You for sending us Your Holy Spirit to help us, You said You would not leave us as orphans, but that You would send a helper, the Holy Spirit, that would teach us all things, and remind us of all that You said. Thank You, Jesus. Right now I ask that You fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and burn any impurities out of my flesh. If it is not of You I do not want it, Lord, fill me with Your Spirit. If we being evil know how to give good gifts to our children, how much more will You give us as our good and perfect Father. I ask for Your Holy Spirit, I am not expecting that You will give me a serpent or a stone, I’m expecting You to fill me. Fill me, Lord, let my cup overflow. Help me get more accomplished in this seemingly short amount of time than what I believe is possible. Thank You, Jesus. Amen.
Well, it’s been a couple months again since my last entry, but He hasn’t stopped teaching me. Through a series of weird events, seemingly weird things I would say to my wife and other family and friends, I was led to attend something called The Tent of Miracles. When I first began to wake up and realize the lies I had been fed and believed throughout my life, I was given a thought that wouldn’t go away, “There is a revival on the horizon, the likes of which the world has never seen before.” In the advertisement for this event, it said to come and be part of the revival that is going to sweep across America. If this event comes to your area I would highly encourage you to check it out. I went on Sunday 11/5 as a little bit of a skeptic, because I wanted to believe, but I didn’t want to be deceived. I thought I was only going to be able to attend one night because I work nights now, and I thought it was going to be the same event repeated each night. After that first night, I didn’t say I can’t go anymore, I asked the question of how can I go? And the Lord made a way for my work to let me out a little early and the event happened to be very close to my work. I wasn’t able to attend the entire night from the beginning, but I did stay until the end every night. What I witnessed was nothing short of amazing. It was a free event, with free parking, they do ask for a donation which I was skeptical about, but the more I attended, the more my heart was softened and I was able to see this man’s heart for God’s people and he expanded my belief of what is possible and I did choose to donate to help bring this revival across America. On Tuesday night we were able to get my in-laws to this event. Earlier this year my father-in-law’s health began to noticeably decline and was progressively getting worse. Western medicine had given up on him and said he may have had a stroke, as half of his body wasn’t functioning properly and he was having difficulty speaking clearly, but they ran multiple tests and didn’t know what was wrong or how to help him. It was difficult for them to get outside of their comfort zone, but they were desperate and willing to try anything so they tried a holistic healer who said he didn’t think what he could offer was going to help him as they weren’t seeing the results from the 2 treatment visits they had already. They attempted acupuncture and were seeing minimal results, some relief from the neck pain he was experiencing, but very slow progress if any. All of this had led them to be desperate for anything that could help. On Tuesday night the evangelist called up anyone within the sound of his voice that had incurable diseases to come up. My in-laws had resorted 2 weeks or so before to get my father-in-law a wheelchair so that they could still get out of the house to do things, and I pushed my father-in-law to the front and waited in a line that seemed to go on forever. I believed it was possible for him to be healed, but I had so many doubts. I felt like the friends who lowered their paralytic friend through the roof to get their friend in front of Jesus to have him healed. I kept repeating, Lord, I believe, but help my unbelief, and He did! The video below is more valuable than a thousand words I could attempt to use to describe what happened next. I watched it happen live, I’ve watched this video and shared this video with many people already, and I’m still shocked at what happened next. However, what happened in the video wasn’t the end, he continues to get better, and stronger and has been re-building his stamina each day since. This is a short video and the very first healing you will see is my father-in-law, and because he started walking he walked right out the back of the tent and my wife had to share his testimony for him. Please watch the video, share the video, and help build belief in yourself and others of what God is capable of doing here on earth. He is teaching me that the Holy Spirit is not limited by location, He is only limited by our belief of what is possible and that belief of what was possible in my life was stretched by this Tent of Miracles. I wish you all peace in your lives and that the Lord blesses each of you beyond what you currently believe is possible in your lives. He loves each and every one of us so much and wants to do so much more than we can ask or imagine, but He will never force Himself into our lives. He is teaching me to be desperate for Him before He allows circumstances in my life that push me to be more desperate for Him.
